Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $97,800 per year Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Opportunity for career advancement within a leading healthcare company Work from home or hybrid work options available Engage in impactful projects that enhance security and safety within the organization What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage and execute physical security projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Collaborate with integrators and business units to establish clear project expectations and quality standards Develop and implement a technology roadmap for physical security systems Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various departments Provide security awareness training and communication to customers and end-users What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or 5+ years of experience in physical security within a corporate environment 5+ years of Project Management training, skills, and expertise Experience with security technologies such as Lenel S2 access control and Milestone video management software Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Completion of recognized security certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Associate Protection Professional (APP) Understanding of industry standards related to physical security design, including crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) PMP Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Humana
