Pest Control Service Technician

Location: Edison, New Jersey

Pay: $24–$34 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and performance bonuses)

We’re looking for a multi-faceted Pest Control Service Technician to join our growing operation. We’ll help you develop your skills and experience to become an all-around technician capable of handling a wide range of pest and wildlife challenges.

During your training, we’ll focus on building advanced inspection and treatment techniques that lead to proven outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Perform pest control services for rodents, insects, ticks, mosquitos, termites, and nuisance wildlife
• Solve challenging pest and wildlife problems — including crawlspace and roof work (up to 40’ ladders)
• Operate and maintain pest control equipment (B&G sprayers, Actisol units, Stihl backpack misters, power sprayers, etc.)
• Record detailed service notes and product usage
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Adhere to all NJ & PA regulatory and safety standards

Skills & ExperiencePreferred but Not required

We give preferred consideration to applicants with experience in the skilled trades — carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pest control , and other mechanical or construction-related fields. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

• Valid NJ driver’s license is required (meets insurance requirements)
