Personal Lines Account Manager / Client ConciergeJob SummaryManage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for policy inquiries and changes, while also providing concierge-level administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors and callers with professionalism and urgencyAnswer, screen and direct incoming calls; maintain a courteous telephone presenceOperate and troubleshoot office equipment (scanner, copier, fax, postage machine)Process and distribute incoming mail; assist with typing, mailing and data-entry projectsMaintain a tidy, well-organized reception and office areaPrepare and distribute binders, certificates, ID cards, endorsements, policies and account summariesRate, quote and submit change requests via carrier websites and agency management systemsGenerate invoices and finance agreements; track and report on account balances and expirationsEducate clients on coverage details, exclusions and policy updatesDocument all client interactions, correspondence and policy changes in electronic filesAdhere to agency procedures and E&O guidelinesSupport special projects and provide technical assistance to advisors as neededQualifications/RequirementsActive Pennsylvania P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance licenseProven experience in a client-facing insurance role (virtual and in-person)Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and agency management systemsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detailProfessional appearance and demeanor; high level of integrity and work ethicAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriatelyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree and industry designations preferredDisclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion.#LI-TR1
