Job Title: Garnishments Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Garnishments Specialist to manage and process garnishment orders, including wage attachments, bank levies, and other court-ordered financial obligations. This role requires interaction with creditors, attorneys, and employees to gather necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Interact with creditors, attorneys, and employees to gather necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on garnishment activities to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with payroll and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate garnishment withholdings.
  • Stay updated with changes in garnishment laws and regulations, and implement process improvements to ensure ongoing compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll processes.
  • Experience with garnishments.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with VistaView Point.
  • Familiarity with UKG systems.

Work Environment
Join a collaborative garnishments team of four, reporting to the payroll manager. You will be part of a larger payroll department consisting of approximately 40 individuals. The role requires working four 10-hour days, providing a unique work schedule. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
