We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Paycom Implementation & Process Automation Consultant to join our dynamic team in support of a fantastic client located in Berkeley, CA! If you have a strong HRIS background and hands-on experience implementing HRIS systems, particularly Paycom, we want to hear from you! You must be in close enough proximity to travel to the sites in the Bay Area.
High-Level Position Overview
In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering technology-related projects across various departments. We seek candidates with 5-7 years of experience who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with operational insights. Your ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and convert them into user-friendly workflows will be key to your success. Your strong communication skills will also be essential in educating users on maximizing their use of the Paycom system. This is a six month engagement with the potential for extension.
What You’ll Do:
- HRIS Knowledge & Ticketing Experience: Bring your solid HRIS experience and comfort with ticketing systems to manage and prioritize support tickets effectively, ensuring all requests are addressed promptly.
- Multi-Project Management: Juggle multiple projects while providing reliable updates and clearly focusing on project progress.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned on project statuses and system changes.
- Self-Driven & Solution-Oriented: Take ownership of your responsibilities, thrive without close supervision, and proactively solve problems.
- Quick Decision-Making: Think on your feet and make smart decisions swiftly, adapting to the fast-paced environment and changing priorities with ease.
