REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or related field and experience with medical devices.
  2. Prior patent prosecution experience.
  3. Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
  4. Registration before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  5. Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
  6. Ability to thrive when using your analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters.
  7. Enjoy communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
  8. Enthusiastic about working within a team-oriented environment and will contribute to effective team relationships.
