JOB DETAIL:

PARTS COUNTER SALES REP

General duties: Under general supervision, uses T&T’s systems to look up, research and then sell a variety of parts and assist in the scheduling for installation and service of commercial snowplows, salters, sanders and other commercial Truck services.

• Be Positive, professional, and dependable.
• Interact with your customers via phone, email and walk-ins.
• Utilize T&T’s program to determine correct parts and quantities needed.
• Generating Sales orders
• Checking in Trucks and Taking Pictures
• Ringing out of customers and accepting payment.
• Communicate with the Service department and follow up with your customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Truck / Snowplow parts experience preferred.
• Computer skills and ability to navigate company computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
