The client is seeking a Pain Management Physician to join their team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) degree, be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and have at least one year of post-fellowship experience. They must also have an unrestricted Medical License and DEA License, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
