Position Summary

We’re seeking a competitive, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Representative who thrives on hunting new business, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals. This role is perfect for a hungry salesperson who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, get in front of prospects, and win business in a highly competitive energy tech market.

As a key revenue driver for Claymore Technologies, you’ll represent our solutions to oil & gas producers, service companies, and key field operations stakeholders. You’ll be measured on your ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex B2B sale cycles, and deliver results.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Execution (70%)

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and key accounts.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Secure new customer accounts while maximizing revenue from existing customers.

Customer & Market Strategy (20%)

  • Deeply understand customer needs, technical requirements, and business outcomes.
  • Tailor solutions and value propositions to align with prospect goals — positioning Claymore as the preferred technology partner.
  • Understand competitive landscape and articulate Claymore’s differentiators vs. alternatives.

Collaboration & Reporting (10%)

  • Partner with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to ensure customer commitments are delivered.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to leadership.
  • Represent Claymore at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings where needed.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales success (energy, industrial equipment, SaaS tech, or field services).
  • Experience selling into oil & gas production, energy operations, or industrial end markets is a plus.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and winning competitive deals.
  • CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
