CAREER DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Career Consultant i.e. Executive Recruiter. (Training Program Available). As a Career Consultant you will be helping companies find top talent, and top talent find a better opportunity. You will spend at least 80% of your day on the phone selling/consulting. You will make cold and warm calls to new prospects and existing candidates. Please do not apply unless you fit the description listed below.

HOURS & PAY
We are flexible on hours and schedule but we are looking for someone who can work at least 30 hours per week. We pay VERY large commissions and a performance draw against commissions. A good consultant in this position can make 100 – 500k per year.

You must not be afraid of Cold Calling
You must not lack drive and determination
You must not be insecure or shy
You must not be the conservative analyst type
You must not have low energy
You must not have poor communication skills
You must not be a slow learner
You must not like to play it safe
You must not be a job hopper
