Training & Organizational Development

  • Design, develop, and deliver cross-cultural onboarding, leadership training, and employee development programs.

  • Build curricula using advanced educational methodologies, tailored for multicultural teams.

  • Facilitate team-building initiatives and organizational change workshops to foster collaboration and alignment.

Strategic Consultation

  • Advise senior leaders on cultural integration strategies and organizational change management.

  • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend interventions to improve communication and team performance.

  • Develop frameworks to maintain the continuity of the Korean headquarters' business practices within the U.S. organization.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of teaching or training experience with documented success in curriculum development and public speaking in international settings.

  • Advanced degree in English, Communications, Organizational Development, Intercultural Studies, or a related field.

  • Proven record of academic research and/or international conference presentations that demonstrate advanced communication, cultural analysis, and storytelling abilities.

  • Experience with public speaking in international settings a plus.

  • Experience in Korean multinational organizations is preferred.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bilingual in Korean and English, both spoken and written, with proven ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences (e.g., international academic conferences).

  • Extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development, and program design for multicultural audiences.

  • First-hand knowledge of Korean corporate structures, business etiquette, and decision-making processes.

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and organizational development skills.

  • Ability to "translate" organizational culture and abstract corporate values into practical, implementable actions for a U.S. workforce.
