Order Management BSA Must have Blackrock Aladdin 09/18/2025 Contract Active Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Order Management Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in BlackRock Aladdin and strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and VBA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with portfolio managers, traders, and research analysts in investment environments, and a solid understanding of asset management operations across front, middle, and back offices. Key Responsibilities Analyze and support order management workflows and systems, with a focus on BlackRock Aladdin. Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain scripts and tools using Python, SQL, and VBA to support trading and investment operations. Provide data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Ensure system integrity and compliance with investment policies and regulatory requirements. Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience with Python, SQL, and VBA, including at least 8 years in portfolio management, trading, investment research, or investment risk. Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with investment professionals in asset management, investment banking, or wealth management. Strong understanding of asset management operations across front, middle, and back offices. Direct experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), specifically BlackRock Aladdin (Bloomberg AIM or Charles River also relevant). Excellent communication skills—confident, accurate, and concise.
