Job Tittle: Oracle HCM Consultant

Location: Plano, TX or Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid for 2 - 3 days every week)

Employment Type: Contract to hire

This is the team where we have several folks currently working. This is specifically HR & Comp module.

What you will be doing

We are looking for a Programmer Analyst for our Oracle Cloud HCM application. This position will develop solutions and designs for systems integrations, data conversions, reports, data extracts and PaaS applications

Main responsibilities

• Consult with the business teams to understand and assess business requirements for the configuration, testing, implementation, and development of key business reports and analytics.
• Ability to develop and own solutions through project or development lifecycles.
• Ability to mentor and conduct technical design and code reviews.
• Development of Internal and External integrations and reports HCM tools like OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Data Extract and OIC
• Research and implement new features and functions within the Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments.
• Work extensively with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators to collaborate and develop application security solutions which meet the technology and business requirements for all applicable testing and production environments.
• Prioritize opportunities to improve processes for application development and reporting functions.
• Performs data analysis to understand system capabilities and troubleshoot environment issues.
• Knowledge and ability to use and administer the organization's technology practices, standards and procedures.

What we are searching for

• 4-year degree (in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of recent techno-functional experience in HCM Oracle Cloud HCM is needed.
• Minimum 4 years of technical and development experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) HR plus Compensation modules.
• Must have hands-on experience with developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• A deep knowledge of HCM Data extraction and OTBI/BI Publisher is required.
• Must have hands-on experience with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loaders, functional configuration managers, user-defined tables, and value sets.
• Hands-on Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is Required.
• Experience with Visual Builder and Page composer tools is Required.
• Strong ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within the broader project team.
• Ability to manage multiple development software projects and priorities and overall impact on the current and new security and application configuration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements in a fast-paced, continuously changing business.
