Are you passionate about real estate? Do you want to teach hundreds of people all about it? Great! We’ve been looking for you.

Freedom Trail Realty School, Inc. is Massachusetts’ first, and largest, online real estate school. We make it easy and fun for our students to take their classes, pass the test, and get their real estate license.

You'll be teaching live online real estate classes that cover the Massachusetts pre-licensure curriculum. We’re a remote-first company (we were working remotely back in 2016 before it was cool), so you can work from home or wherever else you have a quiet space and a stable internet connection. Class times are available weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and each live class is 1-3 hours long.

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Tech savvy.
• Reliable.
• Knowledgeable about real estate, and current regulatory and legal concerns.
• Patient and understanding when students run into trouble with the material.
• Thoughtful about class structure and curriculum design.
• Flexible and a team player, without any ego or attitude.

Our must have requirements are:

• A current Massachusetts real estate instructor license is preferred, though we will work with the right candidate to assist with licensing.
• 2+ years recent experience as a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker. This is a State requirement and is non-negotiable!
• An active Massachusetts real estate broker license.
• Access to a cable or fiber internet connection (no DSL connections, minimum bandwidth 25mbps down/5mbps up required), and a webcam and microphone.
• Access to a quiet, professional space (e.g. a home office or quiet room with a blank wall).
• The ability to attend meetings and other school events as required, help with curriculum updates, and perform any school duties as assigned.
• A commitment to teach a minimum of 4 hours of classes per week (maximum ~10 hours/week on average).
• Passing a background check.

Plusses are:

• Prior online or classroom teaching experience.
• A current Massachusetts real estate instructor license, DREI designation, or equivalent.
