Title: ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00/hr

Type: Contract

Length: 6 months with potential for extension

Location: Glendale, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7AM - 4PM (Onsite)

Overview

Our client is a publicly traded real estate company with a nationwide presence seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to oversee the provisioning of equipment and services for facilities preparing to go live. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, managing the onboarding process for new facilities, documenting and tracking project milestones, and overseeing inventory shipping to ensure a seamless activation, installation, and continuation of operations and services.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience provisioning services for client sites.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships (e.g., Internet, phone service, printing, network, hardware).
• Experience coordinating project tasks, including scheduling installations, maintenance, shipments, etc.
• Proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets and ServiceNow (or similar ticket, task, and project management tools).
• Basic understanding of IT services and operations.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks nationwide.
• Ability to document, track, and report project milestones.
• Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written.
