: 1 year (Preferred) Full Job Description: Treston Security Services is seeking a highly responsible and experienced Armed Patrol Supervisor to provide protection for all contracts in the Las Vegas area. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of responding to various security situations.
Additional responsibilities for this Security Position includes: - Monitor and secure the estate grounds during assigned hours.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the properties listed on the Patrol Route
- Ability to Stand post for additional coverage for Officers
- Assist with Uniform Supervision; Officers must be held accountable when upholding the appearance standard while clocked in for Duty.
- Respond promptly to any security breaches or emergencies.
- Control access to the estate, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Maintain a detailed log of all activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with estate management to address any specific security needs.
- Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents
- Prepares logs and reports as required
Qualifications: Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers. Additional requirements of the Customer Service Officer include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have guard card, or able to obtain their Guard Card
- Must be 18 years of age
- Have a reliable means of communication and transportation
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English (Bilingual in Spanish a Plus)**
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, or oral form
- Be an effective team member and courteous telephone manners
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
- Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
- Good organizational skills
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Licenses (Required): Active and Valid Guard Card
Valid Drivers License
Clean Driving Record + Clean Background Check
Experience: Customer Service: 2 year
(Preferred) Vehicle Experience: 1 year
(Preferred) Patrol Security Experience: 1 year
