This position offers a guaranteed pay rate at the minimum wage, with eligibility for retail commission.

The JUUT education programs are customized so that you can choose your passion; 1) Color Specialist 2) Stylist/Cutting or 3) You can opt to do both Cut and Color.

You get to choose your path at JUUT. This program begins January 6th, 2026.

A few things to know about JUUT:

Leadership: We meet you where you are at and support you along the way.

Flexibility: On average our artists work four days a week after completing the training program and earns 25% more than the industry average.

Training: It’s a hand’s on program! You will be working on clients by week three, and always have support by a educator right by your side. Our training is 1/3 learning and 2/3’s hands on practice during the program.

Opportunity : Ongoing education is what we’re known for. We offer opportunities throughout the year to stay up-to-date on the trends and techniques that interest you most and support your artistry. Throughout your career at JUUT, there are many pathways to make your dreams a reality. Become a Master Artist, Educator, Salon Manager, or guide others in a Team Leadership Role. No Aveda training? No problem: Our program is comprehensive and gives you the tools for success.
