Requirements for thE MDS Nurse jobTo succeed as an MDS Nurse at Crandall Medical Center, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, with a valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Strong analytical skills will help you interpret complex data and assess residents’ needs timely. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and engaging with residents and their families.
