Overview:

TRC is seeking an energetic Marketing Associate for a 6-week period. As a Marketing Associate, you will create effective public facing communication about energy efficiency program offerings provided by our clients. You will have the understanding needed to develop and implement effective and efficient strategies to reach customers and contractors on the importance of energy efficiency and their effect on customers savings and the environment.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you may work with company management, outreach teams, engineering teams, and program development teams to stay informed of new innovations and lead the implementation of relevant marketing initiatives. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The implementation of marketing strategies as outlined in annual marketing plans
• Maintaining up-to-date program details and a database of program information, available in digital and hard copy format in shared team folders
• Developing print and digital media content, including fact sheets, websites, and newsletters
• Curating and copyediting content for collateral using client and internal sources
• Supporting digital marketing initiatives by monitoring and optimizing websites, creating and tracking email marketing campaigns, and digital ad campaigns
• Conducting market research
• Composing and curating content for marketing materials as assigned
• Working autonomously and as a self-starter on projects, with directives and meeting touchpoints

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Desire to learn energy efficiency concepts
• Strong computer skills: experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated attention to detail

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Companys annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

USD $28.00 - USD $31.00 /Hr.
