Education Qualifications:

• 2 years of classroom training or 2 years of experience in building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general maintenance in the Essentia Health Spooner Clinic.
• Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance and repairs on various systems, such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment.
• Addressing maintenance tickets that are entered by staff.
• May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned.

Schedule: This position is 16 hours per week. Hours will primarily be weekday mornings.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.

Travel is required for this role.

Compensation Range: $22.19 - $30.94 / hour
