As a Care Manager at Sunrise, you will provide the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Available Shifts

2 PM - 10 PM, Every Sunday

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, assisting with daily living activities and understanding their unique preferences.
  • Notify management of changes in residents' conditions and recommend adjustments in care.
  • Assist residents in life skills and enriching activities as outlined in their individual profiles.
  • Incorporate a variety of multi-sensory experiences into residents' daily routines.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and monthly updates.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of your designated group of residents throughout your shift.
  • Collaborate with the community team to comply with OSHA requirements and promote safety policies.
  • Respond to dining needs while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
  • Encourage and assist residents in life skills and activities as indicated on their ISP.
  • Commit to serving our residents and guests through our Principles of Services.

Qualifications

  • A passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted (may be required per state regulations).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
  • Ability to make decisions in the best interest of residents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills.
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
