Responsibilities - Coordinate Import Processing: Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean or air import procedures.
- Customs Clearance: Manage customs clearance of goods through brokerage services.
- Delivery Tracking: Monitor delivery status and share updates with relevant parties.
- Accounting: Handle accounts payable/receivable, closing, and other accounting-related duties.
- Data Entry: Input service information into the internal system.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries.
Qualifications - Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
