Responsibilities:

Assist Loan Officers in managing and processing loan applications
Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Collect necessary documentation from clients and communicate with third parties such as underwriters, appraisers, and title companies
Prepare and organize loan files for submission and approval
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, emails, and document management
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Ensure all regulatory compliance standards and deadlines are met
Requirements:

Previous administrative or mortgage-related experience preferred, but not required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage-related software (training will be provided)
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay between $2,000 - $4,000 per month, with the potential to increase to $8,000 per month based on performance
In-office position for the first 60 days for training and performance review
Possibility to transition to remote work based on performance and company needs after 60 days
1099 employee status (you’ll be an independent contractor)
