Job Description:
Ametek is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Peabody, MA, for the 2nd shift. The Welder will be responsible for performing welding tasks on various components, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in welding preferred.
Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
