Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Rockingham County Department of corrections Brentwood Jail Full time Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a compassionate Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract with Rockingham County Department of corrections Brentwood Jail. As the Nurse on staff, you would be responsible for the resident plan of care to include administering medications/treatments and keeping detailed documentation in accordance with Rockingham County DOC policies as well as State/Federal requirements. Further, they transcribe and carry out medical orders, assess and identify any change in resident status, and, as part of our team-oriented environment, keep open communication with the Unit Manager/Nursing Supervisors regarding significant issues; change in resident’s condition, environment, personnel, or safety concerns. The ideal candidate will hold a valid nursing license in New Hampshire and possess a minimum of one-year related working experience. Schedule: 10 hour shifts 40 hours weekly

• 3rd shift 9P-7A

Pay:$32-37/HR Benefits:

• Valid Nursing License in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Must be able to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
• Reliable transportation
