*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Individual and group psychotherapy
* Develop diagnosis and treatment plans that are integrated with the medical treatment plan
* Provide intervention therapy for mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
* Educate and assist the patient/family in understanding and adjusting to the diagnosis/disability, treatment plan, and medical recommendations
* Provide age-appropriate and culturally sensitive counseling and individual/family treatment as well as assistance in family life crisis situations
* Prepare and maintain all pertinent records, statistics, and progress notes
* Work with medical providers for an integrated approach to care during warm hand-off
* Perform all other related duties as appropriate and/or assigned
*Qualifications:*
* Masters in Social Work minimum requirement.
* Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences minimum requirement.
* Certified substance use disorder (preferred)
* Bilingual Chinese speaking (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
