Lease Administrator Global Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join our Global Real Estate team. This role is essential to ensuring lease compliance, financial accuracy, and operational consistency across a worldwide property portfolio, with a strong focus on the APAC and/or EMEA regions .

What Youll Do

• Abstract and manage critical lease terms (base rent, escalation, CAM, options, termination rights) and maintain contract repositories and databases.
• Review and process lease-related invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Conduct monthly reviews of rent and operating expenses (CAM, taxes, insurance), prepare variance reports, and support audits as needed.
• Collaborate with landlords, property managers, and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Track and manage security deposits, bank guarantees, and COIs for assigned regions.

What Were Looking For

• 8+ years of commercial lease administration experience within a corporate real estate office portfolio.
• Experience with APAC and/or EMEA lease administration strongly preferred.
• Strong skills in lease abstraction, critical date tracking, and database management .
• Solid understanding of lease terms, invoice review, and reconciliation audits.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
