Robert Half is seeking a  Claims Data Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to play an integral role in ensuring accurate claim processing and data management.

Start Date: September 2025

Locations: Stamford, CT (in office Tues-Thursday, remote M/F)

Hours: 9am-5pm EST

Duration: 5+ months

Pay: $25+/hour (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Claims Data Specialist, you will:

• Perform initial claim intake via claim reports or Shared Mailbox emails.
• Validate claim data, ensuring accuracy, and appropriately routing claims.
• Input claim information into the claim management system.
• Collaborate with IT, business partners, and management to address and resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain spreadsheets and systems for claim data management and reporting.
• Prepare and communicate claim-related reports to management and partners.
• Assist with claim-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Perform other duties related to claim processing and data analysis as assigned.

• Education: College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in claim operations, claim handling, OR
• 1-2 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong data review and analysis skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
