Job Title: Investment Banking Associate

Job Overview
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a critical role in the execution of deals, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and advisory services. You will work closely with senior bankers, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality financial and strategic solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in financial markets and gain exposure to high-profile transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analyses, and prepare pitch books.
• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and due diligence for clients.
• Create and deliver presentations to clients, investors, and senior management.
• Collaborate with teams across various sectors to support business development.
• Maintain client relationships and manage daily communications.
• Monitor and track market trends and economic developments relevant to deals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA or CFA certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
