Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Valuation – Develop and maintain complex financial models, including LBO, DCF, merger models , and accretion/dilution analyses to support deal execution and client advisory .
Transaction Execution – Lead M&A and capital markets transactions , preparing pitch books, teasers, CIMs, and management presentations for high-profile engagements.
Due Diligence & Research – Conduct industry, market, and company research to support transaction origination and execution . Coordinate diligence processes with clients, legal teams, and third-party advisors.
Client Relationship Management – Manage client relationships , prepare deliverables , and facilitate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Mentorship – Guide and support junior analysts , helping them develop technical skills and industry expertise .
