We're a small, focused, and gritty team based in Austin, TX, and we're looking for an ambitious, self-starting Inside Sales Rep who's excited to grow with us. This role will likely evolve into a broader GTM or marketplace growth role over time—ideal for someone looking to wear many hats and grow fast.

The Role

As our Inside Sales Rep, you’ll be the engine behind our early revenue. You’ll prospect, qualify leads, and close deals that bring high-value suppliers and buyers into our marketplace. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders to test messaging, refine our sales playbook, and experiment with creative approaches to capture demand. Expect a high-autonomy, high-impact role with a front-row seat to startup building.

What You’ll Do

• Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
• Qualify inbound interest and convert prospects into active users
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across warehouses, logistics, and industrial buyers
• Maintain organized CRM records and report on pipeline and conversion metrics
• Work closely with founders to shape sales strategy, improve messaging, and grow revenue
• Hit or exceed monthly revenue and activity targets

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or similar high-volume prospecting roles
• Comfortable with cold calls, experimentation, and rejection
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
• Experience using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo is a plus
• Bonus: Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or marketplace business models
