Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Services Director, the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for managing the hospital pharmacy team. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including overseeing and managing hospital-oriented pharmacy services. From processing medications to providing expert guidance on drug compatibility with hospital staff, the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager is an integral part of ensuring the seamless operation of the pharmaceutical team. Actively participating in hospital codes and contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, this role is pivotal in guaranteeing the safe and precise administration of pharmacotherapy for all hospitalized patients.
