As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will work with a team of professionals to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of industrial machines and systems. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
• Assist with installing and upgrading machinery as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve operations and efficiency.

  Qualifications:

• No prior experience required – we provide full training.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
