Job Description
Candidates must have min 5 years experience in business immigration law, including H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1 and E-1/E-2 visa petitions with heavy focus on PERM/labor certification cases. Responsibilities include the preparation and filing of business and employment-related immigration petitions and advising corporate clients on immigration strategies. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years experience drafting high volume PERM cases, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
