How you will do it

The Technical Team Lead (TTL) must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, pipefitting, or mechanical equipment service industry. Interaction with customers, ability, and desire to help develop technicians, attention to detail while on site and in quoting jobs. Work with the service manager for scheduling, promoting safety. Constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate and tech savvy and can develop, close, and manage all types of quoted work. 

What we look for

Required

• Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License
• 5+ years of commercial, industrial and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills

This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
