Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their HVAC needs and providing tailored solutions

• Consult with homeowners to recommend system upgrades, energy-efficient options, and preventive care plans

• Present clear, compelling proposals that align with customer goals and budgets, driving sales growth

• Educate customers on system performance and the benefits of maintenance and upgrades to increase satisfaction and loyalty

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and professional follow-up on sales leads and customer inquiries

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, recommendations, and sales activities

• Represent HELP’s brand with professionalism, ensuring high customer trust and retention

• Stay informed on industry trends and product innovations to provide customers with the best options

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience with a strong focus on customer communication and consultative sales

• Proven ability to engage customers, identify needs, and close sales opportunities

• Strong interpersonal skills with a sales-driven mindset and a passion for helping customers

• Valid driver’s license and HVAC certification/license preferred

• High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship a plus)
