Job Title: HR Recruiter and Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary based on business needs)

Position Overview:

This role combines human resources and marketing responsibilities, with 80% focused on recruitment and HR functions, and 20% dedicated to marketing support for the Atira portfolio of hotels. The HR Recruiter and Marketing Manager will manage candidate recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR support while also implementing marketing strategies to promote the Atira hotel brand.

HR Responsibilities (80%):

  • Manage candidate inquiries, interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Process I-9 documents and administer pre-employment assessments.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.
  • Create and maintain job postings, job descriptions, and employee files.
  • Organize new hire orientations, employee surveys, and company newsletters.
  • Coordinate employee celebrations (birthdays, work anniversaries).
  • Provide administrative support to HR executives and maintain HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and confidentiality.
  • Attend job fairs and research recruitment tools.
  • Assist in benefits administration and employee requests.

Marketing Responsibilities (20%):

  • Manage hotel website optimization and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Create collateral for hotels and manage OTA paid advertising platforms.
  • Conduct market research, internet prospecting, and SEO optimization.
  • Oversee content management, and OTA/social media reviews.
  • Develop quarterly marketing strategies and assist with revenue tracking.
  • Facilitate marketing-related training for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administration and HR-related experience required.
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment, marketing platforms (Canva), and leadership.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle both HR and marketing responsibilities.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
