Duties

• Lead and manage all hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management, including revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing guest relations.
• Manage human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including guest services, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in phone etiquette with strong communication skills
• Experience in human resources management is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain positive guest relations.
