Overview Join to apply for the Gym Manager role at The Little Gym International . Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Location: Rosenberg, TX; other locations may apply. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise. Responsibilities Complete and oversee daily admin tasks such as contacting parents, intro class follow ups, event scheduling and more. Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family. Oversee the breadth of programs to ensure the high standards of The Little Gym International are met. Oversee training and evaluation of fellow The Little Gym team members. Work with the Management team to ensure the facility is meeting standards. You’d fit in here if… You’re energetic, enjoy engaging with kids, and have a positive, upbeat attitude. A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps. You love serving others and helping them be their best. You connect well with kids and their parents.
