**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated **General Production Associate** to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to the production process, focusing on the preparation and packaging of materials for production runs. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and advance into a Manufacturing Operator (MO) role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare materials for batching by picking and staging items for production.
+ Conduct visual quality checks to ensure bags are filled correctly and free of defects.
+ Move finished, bagged products to the loading zone for shipping.
+ Assist in packaging materials according to order specifications.
+ Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production flow.
**Work Environment:**
You will work in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The role requires being around machines and handling chemicals, so safety protocols must be followed. Steel-toed boots are mandatory.
**Qualifications:**
+ Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
+ Attention to detail for quality control checks.
+ Willingness to learn and grow within the production environment.
