What You’ll Build As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll design and scale the technology behind The Flex — powering instant bookings, smart access, automated processes, and predictive operations. You’ll work across front‑end, back‑end, and cloud infrastructure, transforming complex operational problems into elegant, scalable solutions. You won’t just build features — you’ll create leverage, engineer automation, and lay the foundation for the intelligent rental infrastructure of tomorrow. Your Mission Build the Engine — Create fast, reliable, and scalable web applications that run core processes like bookings, payments, availability, and guest experience. Automate at Scale — Build microservices and AI‑powered workflows that reduce manual work across the entire business. Connect the Ecosystem — Architect powerful integrations between Base360.ai and platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, and Twilio. Launch & Iterate Fast — Deploy and manage serverless cloud infrastructure (AWS) with an obsession for speed, reliability, and global scale. Solve Hard Problems — Work on real‑time booking sync, pricing intelligence, keyless access logic, and live operational dashboards. Build With the Team — Work closely with product, data, and operations to bring automation from idea → code → impact. Qualifications Strong experience with Node.js, React, and AWS (especially serverless). A deep understanding of API‑first architectures and distributed systems. Experience with Python/FastAPI for automation, scripting, or data services (bonus). A reputation for building clean, scalable, production‑ready systems. Curiosity about automation, real estate technology, and AI‑driven operations. A bias toward execution — you ship fast, learn quickly, and love solving complex problems.
