We are currently seeking a Front End Developer (React) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with 5+ years of professional experience specializing in React to develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
You will take ownership of complex frontend projects, drive best practices in UI/UX implementation, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using React
• Lead the design and implementation of responsive, user-centric UI components
• Integrate with backend services and APIs (RESTful, GraphQL)
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and code maintainability
• Implement and enforce frontend best practices and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Write comprehensive unit tests and end-to-end tests to ensure high code quality
• Document architecture, technical decisions, and implementation processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Front-End development
• Strong expertise in React (Functional Components, Hooks, Context API)
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, etc.)
• Proficient in TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of REST and GraphQL API integrations
• Experience with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.)
• Strong experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and mentor junior engineers
• Strong testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design)
