Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego, CA for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for matching shipments with suitable carriers, negotiating rates, and managing the shipment from pick-up to delivery. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with shippers and carriers, maintaining relationships with key accounts, dispatching trucks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires strong customer service skills to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
