Lawn Doctor is looking for a self driven and reliable individual to join our team as a part time Field Marketer (Jan - April 2025). Our Field Marketers work with ownership to create high visibility of our brand in a target market. Lawn Doctor believes that employees who understand marketing and brand awareness have unlimited potential and are valuable to our business.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid drivers license, reliable transportation and good attendance record. The ideal candidate for this position needs to possess a strong work ethic, a vision for creating brand awareness and communication skills with team members and ownership. Actual work experience in sales and experience in Lawn Care is not required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategizing with ownership on field advertising placement for maximum visibility of the brand
• Placing advertising signs and door hangers in the most visible locations to generate leads for Lawn Doctor in its target market
• Using company marketing materials and props to promote a fun atmosphere to the market
• Document and track where advertisement placements occurred and discuss with management where they are effective
• Developing a basic knowledge of Lawn Doctor Services to answer questions customers or prospects may have

We offer a competitive part time (4-5 hour shift) wage, flexible hours, and an environment where out of the box thinking is cherished. Some evening and weekend hours may be necessary and can be adjusted around other responsibilities the candidate is committed to. This role can be used to comply with college internship requirements for any student studying in a marketing program. A candidate that excels in this temporary seasonal role may be asked to remain on staff in this or other roles with the company.
