Blue Castle Agency is a rapidly growing recruiting agency based in Boston, MA (USA) and looking for an exceptional Recruiter to join our team. In this fully remote role, you'll be 100% account-managed, focusing solely on identifying and recruiting top-tier candidates for high-level positions within the Real Estate industry. We offer a dynamic work environment, cutting-edge tools (including an ATS, advanced automation, virtual sourcers and a dedicated marketing team to maximize bookings).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner with clients to understand their specific needs and hiring goals for management and executive-level roles.
Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using a variety of sourcing techniques.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews.
Manage the interview process, schedule interviews with clients, and provide comprehensive candidate presentations.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for successful placements.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation packages, and competitor activity within the Real Estate sector.
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, fostering trust and exceeding expectations.

WHAT IT TAKES
2-5 years of experience in executive search or related recruiting field, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in high-level positions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively.
A passion for recruiting and a commitment to exceeding client and candidate expectations.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
