Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine – Fine Dining Michelin Restaurant

$110,000 - $160,000 + Bonus, DOE

Your Role with the Company:

The Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine is responsible for managing all operations of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, develop, train, and motivate BOH staff to prepare food of the finest quality and presentation
• Prepare meals for guests that meet their requirements
• Determine production schedules and schedule staff accordingly
• Manage food & labor costs to meet or beat budget targets
• Maintain and enforcing standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Order, receive and maintain inventory of all goods
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine (or comparable role) experience at a fine dining Michelin star restaurant
• Exceptional culinary skills with a proven track record of excellence in Michelin fine dining
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire, motivate, and drive the team to consistently deliver at the highest level
• Adaptable and open to change, able to execute vision while maintaining flawless daily service
• Resilient and composed under pressure, able to roll with the punches and maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment
