As an Event Manager , you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution , from concept development to post-event evaluation. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure every detail is handled with precision, creating seamless events that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute large-scale events including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
• Develop and manage event budgets , timelines, and detailed production schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Lead event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan.
• Oversee the event staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align event promotion strategies and enhance brand visibility.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing their needs throughout the event planning process.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations , collecting feedback and analyzing performance to continually improve event quality.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to think on your feet, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for event execution.
