Entry Level Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Trainee
Dover Township, York County is now accepting applications for an Entry Level Plant Operator Trainee to work at the Township’s Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. The candidate is required to have a high school education or GED and be able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License within six months of employment. Knowledge of WWTP Systems a plus. Work schedules are frequently irregular and may require twenty- four hour on call status, including weekends and holidays. The candidate will also be required to obtain a mandatory PA DEP Certification within 3 years from the date of hire.
