Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our team and support our communications initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our target audience through various channels. You will assist in crafting compelling content for social media, websites, and press releases while collaborating with team members on marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Create and maintain engaging content for various platforms including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, venue selection, and promotional materials. Support internal communications by drafting messages and updates for employees and stakeholders. Conduct research to support communications initiatives and enhance content relevance. Monitor and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
