Compensation and Benefits:
✓ Very competitive total compensation opportunity (350k+) which includes:
o Quality incentives up to $50,000
o RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold)
✓ Commencement bonus of $20,000
✓ $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription

Professional Details:
✓ Level IV Trauma Center
✓ 71 – 24-hour shifts per year (.81 FTE)
o Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month
o Nurse practitioner support during peak hours (10a-10p)
✓ Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
✓ About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually
✓ Zero travel nurses during pandemic!
